Ingredients For Pineapple Fried Rice

2 cups cooked rice

2 eggs

2 tablespoons fresh peanuts (chopped) (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh olive oil (optional)
1/2 pound pork (diced)

The pineapple juice is added before cooking the rice and is used to cook the rice. The pineapple slices are also added to the cooked rice. You can also add other vegetables, spices and herbs as desired.

Preparation Of Pineapple Fried Rice

Heat a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the diced pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until it is cooked through.
