How To Make İzmir Bite

500 gr flour
2 eggs
1 cup liquid oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package baking powder
1 cup hot water
Salt (to taste)
Vinegar (to taste)
Salt for boiling in salty water
Saltwater and vinegar for coating
Preparation of

For the dough, mix flour, eggs, liquid oil, sugar, baking powder, and salt (to taste) in a bowl and stir. Add hot water and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and smooth.
Let the dough rest in the bowl, covered with a damp cloth, for 30-40 minutes.
Pour water in a pot for boiling and bring to a boil. Add salt.
Knead the dough again and divide into small pieces. Shape the pieces into round shapes.

Put the pieces in the boiling water and cook. When the pieces rise to the surface, check that they are well cooked.
Add vinegar and saltwater and stir well.
Serve Izmir Lokma hot.

Note: You can shape the lokma as you want, in any size and shape.
