How to cook Dried Fruit Cake

Dried Fruit Cake Materials:

250 gr flour
3 tablespoons liquid oil
150 gr powdered sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
250 ml milk
125 gr dried fruits
Note: The measurements may not be the same for everyone, try the amounts of ingredients and adjust to your taste.


Preparation of

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (or medium heat).

In a bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and cloves.

In another bowl, mix together liquid oil, powdered sugar, eggs and milk. Add the flour mixture to this mixture and stir.

Add the dried fruits to the mixture and stir well.

Pour the dough into a cake pan. Bake in the oven for approximately 40-45 minutes or until the center is fully cooked and the top is golden brown.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. You can decorate it with frosting, glaze or powdered sugar.

Note: Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the dough. To check if the cake is fully cooked, you can use a wooden skewer or a knife. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
